would someone please illustrate how we can implement 'open the correspondence rule to customize the email template on the approval step' in Pega 7.2.1?

I read ''open the correspondence rule to customize the email template on the approval step' in Pega 7.2.1" is a new feature in Pega 7. What we already have in Pega is
1) the subject matters of email in corresspondence rule
2) Send the email manually or automatically
However, the correspondence rules not opened to customize before sending the email during case processing. I would like to know whether the new feature lets me modify the template in corresspondence rule, so that template is always there, and modified template will be sent as an email to the work party.

The Pega default correspondence rule that is sent during the approval by email is ".pyEmailApprovalActions ". Please try overriding the same into your RuleSet and make the desired changes. It will work. And yes, please dont remove the already included section - ".pyIncludeStyles". Without it, the correspondence wont work if u want approval by buttons. Hope this helps.
