Upload Attachments in custom email template
As part of one of the requirement, customer wants to send a customized email to customer where we should have an option to upload word file in it and when sending the email, this file needs to be marked as attachment to the mail.

Attach the word file to the case by using "Attach Content"
In post-processing use "Send Email With All Attachments" activity.

Thanks for your reply, but we don't want the attachment to be added to case, it should be specific to that email, that needs to be uploaded as same as how we do it from outlook if possible
