Modifying Email Template header
I am looking to modify the pulse email header background color. I see below in the page source, but could not find the rule in PEGA to modify the color. Please suggest.

@ShrikanthN3535 are you using email channel? And do you want to modify the outgoing email template?

@ShrikanthN3535 you should be able to change the color and image in pyEmailHeader section rule which is inclukded in pyInvolved_PulseDiscussion Corr rule.
If you are using Email channel, you can also try changing the outgoing reply template - https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/conversational-channels/85/changing-email-reply-template-email-bot
This template was added to generate Outlook style replies with full conversation history. You have plenty of options to customize as well to give your organization's branding.
