Including Work Link in Correspondence template for Email to open Case for review
I am trying to figure out how to include WorkLink fragment in my correspondence Rule so it includes a hyperlink for my Case Id sent in email. The case in question is resolved, not sure if that matters. Point is I need user receiving email to click the link to simply view the data on it.
When I try including Worklink Fragement Rule in my correspondence template, I see following propertie. How do I fill them?
Type: Rule-Corr-Fragment
Name: WorkLink
Using Page: <WHAT DO I USE?>
When: <NOT SURE I NEED TO DO ANYTHING HERE>
Once I have WorkLink Fragment configured, what else do I need? I see System > Settings > URLS > Public Link URL. Do I need to set this?
What else?
I find few posts on forums regarding this topic, but no clear answers. Thanks in advance for any help.

@PEGAFREAK Use "pyWorkLinkWithLabel" rather than "WorkLink" for the name and it should generate the link you want. You do not need to use any pages or rules if you do not need to.
