How to create a case link at correspondence that opens the case manager
I want to create a case link at correspondence that opens the case manager.
I configured pzCaseLink at correnpondence like "screenshot1".
As a result, when I clicked the link at email, the view that was different than I expected opened like "screenshot2". For example, pyDisplayStages did not display properly, and Actions tab did not display propely.
I expected that the view opened like "screenshot3" (this view opens when I open the case at case manager) when I clicked the case link at email.
How do I configure the correspondence fragment in order to meet this requirement?

I think that this article is qualified for the PRPC 6.x.
Actually, I use 7.3.1 PRPC.
Is there any OOTB way to do this in 7.3.1 PRPC?

My requirements are as follows.
・To include a case link in an email to open the Case Manager portal (Perform Harness, not Review Harness)
・Email recipients are not external users, but Pega users
System settings are as follows.
・Authentication type is SSO
・Using PRPC 7.3.1
