how to read attachment from email through email listener

I have a requirement that I need to read email attachment through email listener  and want to update to the work object.  How can we achieve this

When there are attachments in the email  Pega puts all those attachments on page named "pyAttachmentPage" .Please refer to createworkfrommail activity.
