Email Listener not reading one drive attachments

We are facing an issue in our application built on Pega 7.4, where the email listener is not able to read and process attachments uploaded/attached from one drive.

 

Has anyone faced similar issue and worked on any remediation? Any help would be appreciated.

@SANJAYKUMAR Please enable the logger for email listener process and verify the log for open status for  the inbox.  And what is the protocol used for reciver email account configuration.
