Read data from xfdf file as an attachment from email and store it in a case in pega using email listener.
I have a requirement like after creating a case and at a particular stage I am sending an email to external party attaching a fillable pdf document.the user fill the data in pdf and click button on the pdf itself which is configured to send an email to a particular email address with the attached filled data in xfdf format.
I have to configure an email listener to read the data from the email with xfdf attachment.
Kindly guide me with the steps and procedures to follow for reading the data from xfdf attachment and storing it in the Clipboard of a Case in pega.
I need the detailed steps so that I can implement it

I have gone through this but in my requirement it's xfdf that means XML from pdf.

I am a bit demotivated to say that no one is providing suggestions or comments for query posted for technical help.. :-(
