What port number is used for File Listener?
Hi,
We have a plan to prepare a physical file server where customer would place a CSV file so our Pega Platform server can get it thru File Listener. Since there is a communication involved between our Pega Platform server and their file server, I believe some port number will be used. What is the port number for this? We need this information to ask infrastructure team to open it.

Hello,
With regard to the port number / source location, you better be touch base with your infra team and thus, the respective source location needs to be specified in the File Listener.
File Listener monitors the source location and the source name mask (pattern of the file) and picks the file and hands it over to Service File.
Service File will have configuration of the business processing logic "Activity", which should be having the required business logics.
Perform the Test Connectivity to verify the configuration.
