image in the Email Body is not Displaying when accessing the application through IAC..
It will be great if you someone please help us to fix the below mentioned issue.
Issue: Email body logo Image is not displaying in the email when accessing PEGA application through IAC.
Step to reproduce:
- Run the application directly login to pega portal and send email at that moment image is displaying into the email body.
- When login into ATLAS and launch PEGA flow from IAC gadget and send email at that image is displaying into the email body.
Root cause:
As In email correspondence rule PEGA is referring the image in context of PRAGATEWAY When executing through ATLAS.
As In email correspondence rule PEGA is referring the image in context of prweb When executing through directly log in into PEGA.

We have fixed it using java code embed the base 64 version of the image into the email body.

Hi Maiti,
Could you check the existence of the image file in the prgateway location from where it is trying to load and try to run the fiddler while running both the use cases to find the difference in both and share it with us for further investigation along with the PegaRules log file.
