Inbound Email - Displaying Email Body with Embedded Images - .pySubmitLabel button its not working beacuse of that image.
Hi All,
Pega V7.2 - Case is created from email which contains images in signature. I am displaying the content of email in pega.
After that I cannot proceed to the next step, every time I click the submit button- whole session is freezing because of that image. In tracer also, no records.
No error in the page.
Deleting cookies did not helped
Closing the browser did not helped
Opening new session did not helped
Transferring the case to other user did not helped
Can anyone tell for what reason submit button or any other action not working.

- What control are you using to display the email contents?
- Are the embedded images shown correctly? If not then feature in email listener named "Embed data for inline images into HTML".
Copied from help:
Embed data for inline images into HTML - if enabled, allows inbound email containing inline images to be rendered correctly when the email is processed as HTML. Enabling this option both base64-encodes the image as embedded HTML content, and does not attach inline images to the generated HTML message.
- Do you see any errors in the console of the Developer tools of the browser?

I have done more research in that email content and found that the problem is coming because of one email link i.e. like e: abc.xyz.com

So, in this signature every thing is working fine but because of this e: abc.xyz.com, session is freezing.
I want to understand what is this e and how does it effect the code.
