Image not displaying in email body(gmail)
Hi Team,
Requirement: In my application i need to display an image in the email body.
I am using Pega CS 8.8.
While sending email response to the customers, I was able to see the images in outlook. But couldn't load images in the GMAIL, Please reply would be appreciable.

@JeevanthaPerera I can see that you logged support ticket INC-B46481 (Images embedded in email body not visible in Gmail) at the start of November.

As we discussed over our call, the current issue is not on the Pega side; it originates from Gmail.
Since you are generating and displaying images in base64 format, they are not visible in Gmail due to its lack of support for base64 images.
