Email Approval Body Language is not displayed in the email attachment

The approval utility is used and email approal has been configured. When the approver clicks Approve button in email, the reply email has a message like "I approve" . When the approved email is sent to PRPC, there is an email attachment, but the approved message is not visible. How can I get the message inside the email attachemet in the PRPC?
