We are trying to integrate Pega IVA with Webex Teams. We have following questions:
Why Webex Teams sends more than 1 request for single message to Pega? All these 8 or 9 requests have different requestor operators in Pega. Due to that we can’t trace any of the request from end to end.
We want to customize the response format for menu responses from Pega to Webex Teams. As of now its more of text in menus. Can’t be display it like button in Pega WebChat ? (Can be seen in Attached screenshots)
