FAQ Integration With Pega Chatbot
Hi Team,
I have below queries. Kindly help
1. We have a use case wherein we want to integrate huge number of FAQs from Excel/csv files in chatbot. Would like to know if we can do that using Pega VA.
2. Do we have any feature which extracts data from uploaded document in Pega

Hello, there's nothing OOTB that you can use to integrate your own FAQs into a Bot. It is possible to build custom actions in the Bot, which can be used to return an appropriate FAQ. Figuring out which FAQ to return as a response to some customer utterance would also involve a robust NLP trained model.

The scenario is we need to extract the data from PDF document. That is NLP is PEGA and the PDF file saving also should be in PEGA. How to save the pdf file in PEGA and how does FAQ bot should processed.
