Chatbot error when Building model
Hi,
I have configured our Chatbot implementation with Response commands and topics as I can see in the Pega NLP generated topics (Behavior > Text Analyzer). As part of the Chatbot training process, I click the Like icon next to the topic name located below the entered text, when I do that the number of Records increases (highlighted in the red circle). However, when I click the "Build model" button I get the following error: (in a blank screen)
"This action is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction".
Also if I click Save, before clicking the Build model button it does not make any difference... Once I get the error, if I open the Chatbot and I go to the Training data tab, it doesn't show up any new training records.

@josenavas one of the reasons could be your taxonomy's (topic model) data has been wiped out. Few things to check -
- What NLP repository are you using? pyDefaultStore is wiped out when server restarts and that can lead to failed taxonomy build.
- Are all your text analyzer and models in place? Once in Channel configiration, open clipboard to see the Text analyzer class - Data-Decision-Request-<Channel>-<Channel ID>. Check if all the pyInteractionTA and pyInteractionTaxonomy are in place and that you are able to build them using Prediction studio.
If nothing works, I suggest you create a support ticket.
