How to send Audio/video file as response back facebook chatbot
We have a requirement, where an audio file has to be sent to facebook chatbot user as a response to a command.As of now in facebook channel configuration, we can select response type as Text,Menu,Custom,cancel,restart,authenticate , but there is no response type as file or something.
It would be helpful to know any approach on how to achieve it

Manoj, you can play with 'Custom' command type and use FBM APIs to construct a file upload command.

Thanks Vikas, According above urls we have to send attachments in outbound message in [payload of attachment object, but how can we set audio/video file as value to payload. Please share any samples to implement the same

I don't have a sample implementation right now. Did you look at this document - https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/how-create-custom-conversational-channel-action
You will override pyPerformAction activity and populate payload in one of the properties of outbound message.
