Unable to configure the facebook chatbot

Hello everyone,

i am trying to setup the facebook chatbot as per the steps provided in this article, https://pdn.pega.com/configuring-facebook-chatbot. Just wanted to check if anyone has followed the step and was able to complete the integration, i am a newbie here and unable to get past the errors while configuring the callback URL

Also, while trying to update the intent i get the errors as below ..

Errors:
  • The Flow Action post-processing activity pyUpdateIntents failed: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.apache.poi.util.IOUtils.peekFirst8Bytes(Ljava/io/InputStream;)[B
