Can we check facebook chatbot history in prpc ?

HI ,

How can i check "facebook chatbot" chat history in prpc application ?

When we test the created fb chat bot in pega preview mode, instances wont populate under below class.

Hi Lahiru,

The messages sent through the simulator are not logged to the interaction history. You'll need to connect your Facebook channel to a page and send messages through there for it to show up in the interaction history.
