Facebook Integration
Hi,
I have create one case when customer claims fraud then that case is created and that case is routed to workbasket.
After that CSR is select that case from work basket in interaction portal .
My requirement is that After selecting case from workbasket i want to open chat window so that CSR can chat with customer and resolved case.
How can i do this? any suggestaions
