Pega Facebook Integration using Data Set
Hi,
I was trying to connect to facebook and fetch few information from a sample facebook profile. I have created the data set rule and configured it with the App ID, App secret and page token. The Configuration and Connection was 'Successful'. But when I am running the data set as stand alone, no data is being fetched. Cannot understand what is going wrong. Can anyone please help?

1. What is your time period. Please check the time period as the default is 24 hours. You can increase it more if required.
2. Does the page contains only your posts. If so can you post to the page from a different account and see if those posts are coming.

Hi,
I have tried both the options. As the page(which is simply my profile) is being connected, I post there more frequently. So I don't think that there is no data. There must be some issue with the connectivity.
Moreover, when I have specified the access token in the data set, it automatically set the facebook page URL. When I have copied the URL and searched it in chrome, it showed a page with an error that the 'Content cannot be displayed right now'/'There is an error showing this page'.

Fetching posts/comments doesn't works on any individuals profile page. Works for only application pages created for any business. Like following- https://www.facebook.com/cocacolaindia/?brand_redir=820882001277849

Thanks for your reply.
I created a page using my profile ID. Instead of fetching profile details I have selected the option 'manage_pages' while fetching the access key. There was only one post in the page. I ran the data set after this, but still unable to fetch any data. Any idea what went wrong here?
Also, can you refer any recent article which will be useful in this scenario? I can find many but most of them are either outdated or doesn't exactly match my requirement.

1) Do you have a facebook application page like the coca-cola one showed earlier?
2) Is the application approved by FB? If yes do you have the access token?
3) Have you posted/comment/DMs anything on that page? If yes only mentioned details can be fetched. Are you trying to retrieve anything else?
