Facebook Integration with Pega 8.3 - Not able to set callback URL in FB
HI All,
I am trying to build FB integration in Pega 8.3. All the configuration done as per the documentation. When adding Callback URL in FB, I am getting Unauthorized (401) error in FB. The same configuration working fine when I test with Pega 8.2 version. No changes in Pega and FB. Both has same configurations. I did not see any issues or exceptions in Pega logs or tracer (Pega fb HTTP service in pega) Did any one face this issue FB integration with Pega 8.3 version? Below is the Call back URL i am giving in FB.
https://pegainstancename:port/prweb/PRHTTPService/channel/srv/fb

If we try to use "https://localhost:8080/prweb/PRHTTPService/channel/srv/fb" (get this url from Channel service package), we will get an error. we need to expose localhost to public domain and try with new url. There are few options you can try in google to do this.
The correct url should be in this format - https://publicdomain/prweb/PRHTTPService/channel/srv/fb
