Facebook Messenger Bot Integration in Pega

Hi every one,

I am just trying to build this Facebook Messenger Bot Integration in Pega, in which i have to transfer the chat to a CSR agent when required and then on completion of the interaction it should return back to Facebook chatbot. Even after following the steps that has been mentioned in the pdf which is attached here, i find that some logical connectivity is missing.

Could any one please help me?

Hi Manoj,

Ensure that you first create and register an application with Facebook. Approval of a new Facebook application can take 3-7 days. Can you please clarify what issue are you facing and at which step since there is no mention of that in your question? You can check the following article to identify the same:
