Question on adding the "Get started" button in the Facebook messenger for the chatbot

Hi All,

We want to add "Get started" button in the Facebook messenger for the chatbot, looks like we need pass some curl command from Pega end, does anyone implemented this, please share if any suggestions.

Hi

In order to display Get Started button your Facebook app need to be subscribed to postback callbacks on your webhook (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/webhook-reference/postback).

Curl command described in FB documentation allows to set custom payload that will be included sent to your webhook when user actually presses the Get Started button.
