What is the activity involved in "Intelligent Virtual Assistant for Facebook Messenger"
While configuring "Intelligent Virtual Assistant for Facebook Messenger", there is option to mention the 'Create Case Command' and the corresponding Case Type to be created. But this is a text input. I am looking for storing a set of values internally (in 'Data Type') and use them.
For achieving this, I need to customize the activity which maps the user input sent through FB messenger and the values mentioned in the configuration.
I am not able to trace this as the trigger is happening externally(through a message received from FB Messenger).
Can someone help with the details regarding the activity?

Hi,
You can pass data into the created case with the entity mapping definition found in the configuration modal. To trace the FB service you'll need to trace the channel srv FB service package.

Can you explain your use case in more detail? Whatever you're trying to do is the job of underlying NLP. The text analyzer returns commands by analyzing user input.

The initial objective is to get the chat from the clipboard, then get particular data mentioned in the chat (eg: OTP mentioned in the chat) and proceed further.
