Intelligent Virtual Assistant for Email and Alexa

Dear Team,

I would like to create the Intelligent Virtual Assistant for Email and Alexa integration with Pega 7.3.1 version. Do I need to specifically install any Pega software to include the AI features or is 7.3.1 Express edition is sufficient for this ?
