Hi SorenTara,
It appears from your screenshot that you're using your FB application key as the verify code. The verify code is actually set on our end to validate the webhook call to the Pega server - by default this is set to pega.

I saw that there is an earlier post on the same issue, the error message also matched: Error on verifying webhooks URL during facebook chatbot configuration
There was 1 suggestion posted by our SME @perrs , (added that below). Could you try the suggestion and reply here please?
You'll need an externally exposed and publicly accessible IP address or domain name. Please make sure that your Pega instance is externally accessible and try to reconfigure the webhook.
