Error During Facebook channel configuration

I am getting error duing Facebook Channel configuration. When I try to configure webhook on Facebook then the service is invoked and gives "Service URL was not provided " error. I am using Pega 8.3 and downloaded Facebook component from pega exchange.

I referred this document, but the webhook configuration is failing. It is failing at step 3 of activity  Data-Channel-Facebook-Renderer.fbRender when pega tries to contact Facebook using api https://graph.facebook.com/v4.0/me/messages . In the attached scrrenshot, "AccountName" property has error message in it.
