How to unlock Facebook Channel Component

Hi Everyone!

I've been working to use Facebook Messenger to interact with Pega Platform App and have imported facebook channel but im unable to unlock the component?

when i type in my password to unlock it says incorrect password specified.

You should not need to unlock the component to use it. Just add it to your application and save the application rule, then you should be able to create a Facebook channel. - James

But when i'm trying to save the application rule it is showing with a error

"The component should be saved only when it is unlocked "
