Facebook channel interaction type is not currently enabled in this application

Hi,

I am working on FB integration(for chatbot), while accessing Pega and clicked on 'Facebook' channel it's showing below message.

"Facebook channel interaction type is not currently enabled in this application.
To enable it, please install the component from Pega Exchange."

I have installed the package from Exchange for 7.3.1 version(as I am using Pega 7.3.1). The server was restarted, but no luck.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
