Facebook chat integration

Hi, Iam trying to implement face book chat in pega. I have followed all the steps which are specified in pdn. Iam getting as shown in attached image. any one faced similar issue , any resolution on this?

Is this domain ngrok.io public facing? Is it behind a firewall?

FB Messenger needs a server which is available over internet without VPN.
