FAQ integration and Extracting knowledge from text para using Pega chatbots

Hi,

I have below queries. Kindly help

1. We have a use case wherein we want to integrate huge number of FAQs from Excel/csv files in chatbot. Would like to know if we can do that using Pega VA.

2. Do we have any feature which extracts data from uploaded document in Pega

Any document with respect to above queries should help.
