Full text search doesn’t work at Pega Knowledge Help Site

I am implementing knowledge management app built on Pega Knowledge v07.40.

Having went through the following SAs and created Help site where we should be able to utilize full text search functionality, but the contents to be filtered by specified word are not retrieved. Nor Japanese nor English words.

Full text search is the most important function.

Please give some advice or HFix to be applied to v0740 so that full-text search in HelpSite is functioning.

Hello!

On reviewing the SR we see that the below changed resolved the issue.

Open the activity KMSearchRDHelpSite and update the value pySearchMethod to "CONTAINS"  in 5th step of the activity.

Is the indexing enabled for All Work in the System>Settings>Search configuration via Designer Studio?  Also, pls check to see if the "Customize full-text search" is enabled.

If they are and search is still not functioning properly, please log an SR with Pega Global Customer Support (GCS), and include any logs or tracer information that will help debug the issue.

I tried to check if there are any hotfixes currently related to this in 7.4 version, but could not find any. But did you see any exceptions related to this in the logs?
