Some work objects can not be searched by full-text search

Hi

We found some particular work objects can not be searched by full-text search in our Prod enviornment.

For exmaple, W-1, W-2 and W-3 are created at almost same time, but only W-2 can not be search. And there is no error message around the time of case create in PegaRULES.log. We think that maybe W-2 instance was not stored in search index file by some unknown reasons, so we would like to ask is there any approach to let us check the particular instance exists or not in search index file?

*We are using PRPC ver 7.2

Hi,

Can you collect the tracer logs (enable DB query) for searching W-1 (working) and W-2 (not-working)?

By comparing them (specially the DB query), you will notice the difference which maybe the root cause.
