Pega 8.2 Full text search searching only on 1 object instead of several objects
Hello,
After the upgrade to Pega 8.2.1 platform, we noticed a wrong behavior in the OOTB full text search that is inside the case manager(Section: FindWork, Param.FindWorkDisplay = "Responsive". Class: @baseclass).
It's only returning the results for only one object instead of several work objects.
For the indexes in the search page, under the system-> settings. all the indexes are fine and we have all the results shown in the old OOTB Full text search (Section: FindWorkCase, Param.FindWorkDisplay ="Responsive" under the Class: @baseclass).
Can you please help on this topic?

Hello,
The root cause was the Work Pool only getting one object, because of the pyCaseManager7 that is under UI-Kit-7:06-01-01 and has a bug in it.
we can check the below article on how to fix the bug, and after specify the correct work pool(The upper work class) in the correct access group to fetch the results.

Hello,
Have you tried to rebuild the indexes? Maybe the Data Transform called "pySearchModel" has been customized and then changed to the upgrade.

I rebuilt the indexes many times, and we didn't customize the Data Transform "pySearchModel".
Any idea on what to do next?

As you can see below the OOTB search component, is returning only one type of Work. Which is the first ever created in our applications.
The application that has this work type, also has 6 other work types that are not appearing, in addition to other work type in the applications under the one we are trying to search for.
The operator has all the access roles and permissions available for it.
Any idea where to start looking for?
