Pega search box doesn't work

screenshot shows the issue

whenever i am trying to reach on something (Rule, Activity, Report definition, ...etc) it doesn't show results 

its not something related to my account, all of my colleagues facing same issue 

i tried to use another browser and tried to clear cash and cookies and same issue appear

 

please help me to fix this as soon as possible
