PAL doesn't work
Hello,
we are working with Pega 6.3 and have the typical stages (Dev/T, SI and P). Even though the PAL is working on every stage without any problems, it is not working on stage P. When I want to open the PAL Tools it never appears or gets displayed (snapshot).
Is it possible that it is somehow disabled? How can I activate it again?

Hello Martin,
I believe there is HFIX-8171 available to address the issue, could you please raise a SR with Support? and mean while you can launch the PAL from the run button.

Hi Martin,
Can you try launching the PAL from run button > performance
Do you see any exceptions in the logs? Open the PegaRULES logs and verify when you launch PAL from the landing page do you see any arraindexoutofboundexception?

Hi Basavaraj,
thx for your answer. The workaround you provided actually works. I can open PAL from run button -> Performance.
And when I check the PegaRULES logs, I exactly get the following error:
Error in JSP execution
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Array index out of range: 4
Any suggestions how I can fix that?
