Pega Knowledge help site banner photo does not upload

We are trying to set a banner image for our Knowledge Help site, however when we upload the image it does not appear when published. Does anyone know how to fix this? Greatly appreciate any assistance.

Have you upgraded to 8.3 or it's a fresh installation?
Check if you have made any customization in KMBannerUtil Rule which is responsible for fetching and displaying banner.
