PegaKM Banner - Background Picture does not appear on Helpsite

Hello,

We are configuring the Help Site on PegaKM and we are trying to set the background image of the Banner but once launched the banner does not appear.

Any ideas of why this is happening ?

Are we missing a configuration?

We might need a SR for the same. We shall take a look into it. Also mention the  detailed steps for reproducing the issue in the SR.
