How do I define a new template in pegaKM? I've created and published a new template under the Knowledge menu. When I try to create new content no templates are listed when I click on the template icon from the content editor. The content template pop up appears but there is nothing in the window to select. Under the Knowledge menu I do see my published template.
Scott - I did not do anything special with formatting. I'm just doing a quick test to get started. I only added "testing 123" to the template. Late yesterday I was told that someone made it work in another environment so I need to investigate.
