Creating Interactive FAQ
Hello,
I'm trying to understand what are the pre-requisites of creating an interactive FAQ in Pega.
Do we need the use of Pega Knowledge Management? or the use of Pega Survey only?
About Pega Survey: is it integrated with Pega Rules Infinity? Does it require a separated license?
Concerning Pega Knowledge Management, does it require the use of Customer Service? and does it require a separated license?
