decodeCrossOSString error while creating a CPM Interaction case

We get this <%= StringUtils.decodeCrossOSString(Param.pyErrorMessage); %> error time and again in our Load Tests in the flow that works perfectly fine normally. The case completely fails when this happens and we do not see any trace of any error in the logs and its very hard to replicate.


Is this a known issue? Have anyone experienced this before ? We are running CPM and CPMFS 713 on a PRPC 718 platform.


Any help is appreciated on this.
