Getting error while creating a case
Hi,
I'm getting an error when I'm try to create a case by clicking on Create->New-->CaseTypeName.
Please find the attached error encountered in case creation.

I couldn't tell from the screen shot what caused the error. What do you see for an error when running Tracer?

I'm getting 'EXCP0001' alert in tracer while creating a case.Please find the below attachment.Even I'm trying with flow itself but getting the same error.

Can you do a private edit of the Perform harness and set 'Enable client-side template UI' to No on the Advanced tab? I just want to see if it is related to the error.

I just had a similar type of error occur in my environment. In my case it was due to a WrongModeException that I saw in the logs. I had changed one of my properties so it was no longer valid. You can check the PegaRULES log to see if there is more information there. You could also check the section for errors, maybe try with an empty section and then add pieces back in if you don't see anything helpful in the log.

Hello,
Is it the first error you having on the trace? Stream end on line 801?
It seems to be an error on generating the first assignment of your case maybe. Can you add a simple Out-Of-The-Box flow action to check if this is changing the behavior.
