Getting 'Failed to Find' Error while case processing

Hi All,

We are observing the below mentioned Error while case processing in Production. .Could you please share any Idea how to overcome this.

@ArulDevan  Thankyou Arul for the response, this we are observing only in production environment. Okay we will trace, but earlier while we traced we got Flowaction instance not found exception. I mean rule not found exception.

Hi @SuryaYanamandra: It may be because of some dependent rules not deployed to your PROD env. Please also check the logs to get the fill exception. Exception stack trace will give you details on what rule and where it is referred.
