Regarding change of pxCreateoperatorname while routing the Case from Worklist to another
Hi All,
We are observing the pxCreateoperatorname is getting changed to the name of the operator to whom we are routing, while trasferring the case or routing the case from one user worklist to another user worklist
Please share any idea how to overcome this issue

@SuryaYanamandra okay, then in that case please try this. First user opens case, do something, then save that case using save button. After that transfer case. The reason is whatever first user did has not got committed.

@SuryaYanamandra pxcreateOperator shouldn't be changing, only the pxassignedoperator should be changing. Are you transferring the first assignment of the case to another user?

@Anoop Krishna Yeah Anoop, the First assignment of the case we are routing/transferring from one user worklist to another user worklist
