@Paul Sudhakar "There has been an issue" is a generic error message. You would need to dig a little deeper in order to understand the issue.
Did you check the PegaRULES and ALERT logs?
Were there any changes in the environment leading to this issue?
Was this app created on React-Based UI and are you trying to modify the UI in App Studio ?
If the configuration used at the application level is "React-based UI ( (Early Beta – not for production use) )" then it is possible that the environment is not setup in such a way that is compatible with "React based UI". The current environment is compatible only for "Infinity react UI" which works with DX API and Pega React Starter Pack.(https://community.pega.com/marketplace/components/react-starter-pack)
Please check the cosmos react ui based DSS configuration is configured to use React based UI. See Hybrid mode and Cosmos React UI troubleshooting
If you need further help then I suggest that you log a support incident on the MSP if you need our support team to look into this in more detail. Please provide the INC reference here so that we can help track the issue.
