Not sure if you would able to achieve this requirement since there are various channels of interaction and various customers as well.

However, you would be able to auto-launch an intent task on start of a new interaction.

This will work 

Include a label in the HomeScreen (or the screen which gets displayed on login)

and write this script '

"<script> pega.desktop.createNewWork("PegaCA-Work-Interaction", "", "CPMInteraction");</script>"

This would create a new interaction on login .
