Auto launching service item from interaction in CPM, How can we implement it?
We have tried to implement auto launching service item from interaction in CPM but got Thread overriding issue, looks like there may be other wayout to do it. Can you please let me know?

I don't know of a purely out of the box way to do what you're asking in any version, so you're going to need to do some customization. The good news is that you have a case that works. Based on the work that you've already done, it sounds like you need to dig into the UI layer and figure out exactly how the intent is called when you do it manually. Whatever JavaScript function that is called is probably the same function/parameters that you'll want to use in your OnLoad function.

which version of CPM you are using. This feature is available in old and new versions. Based on version, i can suggest you the approach to implment.

Hi Redd3 I am having the same issue on pega 7.2 . I would like to know if there is a way to launch a second service case after the completion of the first service case through an activity . I have created an activity with method show stream which contains the fragment containing the JS function create new work . The activity runs but does not create a case in a new thread.
