Customer Service Auto-launch of Service Case
I am using PegaCS 7.21. While working on Pega CS Intent tasks, I was trying to auto launch a service process on an intent-when condition. I noticed that the service process is instead listed in the Suggested (NBA) area. Irrespective of option chosen (Suggested, Queue or Quick-launch), its the same behavior. Is this functionality broken?
