Hide Auto-Launch Intent Task from Add Task menu in Customer Service
Case has to be created on opening the interaction, but should be hidden from "Add task" menu. So it would be impossible for the user to manually initiate the task.
It works just fine when "Show in list of available tasks?" is checked. But when I try to hide it (by unchecking "show in list" or setting "Display when" to "Never") it doesn't auto-launch anymore.
